With more than 20 years ‘of experience acting for both UK and international investors and occupiers on all aspects of their property legal requirements and acquisition. Damian services the needs of both UK and international clients, investment funds, corporates and law firms. His experience extends to assisting personal and business clients with the full complement of immigration legal services. Immigration law is multi-layered and can be extremely difficult to understand for the unacquainted. It is also constantly changing as it is a very politically charged and emotive area. Damien prides himself in being able to navigate clients successfully through this complex areas. He assists individuals with all aspects of the immigration system from applications for entry clearance, passport acquisition, extensions of stay to permanent residence / indefinite leave to remain, for discretionary leave, and for naturalizing/registering as British citizens and, residence across various geographical locations. In addition, he has an extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of the EU Settlement Scheme including making applications for family permits, pre-settled and settled status .He currently has made numerous successful applications on behalf of clients under the various Scheme.
